Welcome to SecureGate VPN! These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the app. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Agreement to Terms

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities

2. App Functionality

The app provides VPN services intended to:

• Encrypt your internet connection
• Protect your privacy on public and private networks
• Help reduce tracking and enhance online anonymity

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. We are not responsible for third-party content accessed while connected.

3. Data Collection

We collect limited technical and diagnostic data to maintain performance and reliability, such as:

• Device model and operating system version
• Connection diagnostics, anonymized usage metrics, and crash reports

We do not collect or store browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses tied to activity, or VPN traffic content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system

5. Updates

We may release updates to improve security, performance, or features. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity is detected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the relevant jurisdiction.
